Born in Atlanta, Georgia, raised in the Suburbs of Decatur, producer RockJohn developed a passion for music at an early age. Living in a single parent environment, he focused on consistently progressing his musical talent by being apart of various bands such as Southwest Dekalb High School band where he played the tuba. He also was a member of the TSU Aristocrat of Bands. In 2005 RockJohn attended Omni Tech Institute where he learned music engineering from various industry engineers and producers. He took that knowledge  and started producing for Super Entertainment, an independent label based out of Decatur, GA. Later in 2009, he became apart of the 2 Tears Entertainment family based out of Tyrone, GA. As a producer for 2 Tears Ent., he worked with various producers and artist such as Mixboi, Black Boi, HeadChop, Mr. Georgia Black, P.T., D.O.A.H. Boyz, Roderick Sosa, HD Shawti, and Big Doom. He started his own campaign, RockJohn Toolie Productions, with his lifetime friend Dj Fre Quent.Me N Minez Entertainment with his cousin and artist Saffo, and Producer for GreenGuyz Musik colleague Tray2x. RockJohn's sound is original with dirt n grit flavor, but also has a mello crunk bounce. He credits his music influence to KLC, Dr.Dre, Zaytoven, Organized Noise, Dj Toomp, Juicy J, Timbaland, Drumma Boy, and Mannie Fresh.  "One man band, One man sound"
